通(tong)常一次(ci)涂装可(ke)以得(de)到(dao)(dao)较厚的涂层,用(yong)(yong)一般普通(tong)的溶剂涂料(liao)(liao),约需涂覆4~6次(ci),而用(yong)(yong)粉末涂料(liao)(liao)则(ze)一次(ci)可(ke)以达到(dao)(dao)该厚度。涂层的耐腐性(xing)能(neng)很好。粉末涂料(liao)(liao)不含(han)溶剂,无三废(fei)公害,改善了劳动卫生(sheng)条件(jian)。
采用粉末静(jing)电(dian)喷涂(tu)等新(xin)工(gong)艺,效率高(gao),适用于自动流水(shui)线涂(tu)装,粉末利用率高(gao),可回收使用。除热固性(xing)的环氧、聚(ju)(ju)酯、丙烯酸外,尚(shang)有大量的热塑性(xing)耐脂可作(zuo)为粉末涂(tu)料,如聚(ju)(ju)乙(yi)烯、聚(ju)(ju)丙烯、聚(ju)(ju)苯乙(yi)烯、氟(fu)化聚(ju)(ju)醚、尼龙(long)、聚(ju)(ju)碳(tan)酸脂以及各类含(han)氟(fu)树脂等。
